Bruce has consistently received Top Agent titles such as Broker of the Year since the start of his Real Estate career in 1992. His Dad successfully developed over 500 homes in the Cape Elizabeth and surrounding area; some of those areas including Broad Cove, Sherwood Forest, Cape Colonial Village, The Oaks, Falmouth Colonial Village and several homes in the Cape Cottage Woods area.
Bruce brings innovative marketing strategies to every property listing. His expert knowledge about local neighborhoods combined with his strong negotiation skills has successfully helped guide all of his clients to their real estate goals.
Prior to Real Estate Bruce owned his own company, Plant N’ Grow Landscaping. He enjoys simply having a good time with friends and family and currently resides in Cape Elizabeth Maine with his wife Raye. He has two wonderful daughters, Hannah & Brennan and 5 grandchildren.
